You may or may not want a mortgage.

If you do there are a whole range of mortgage options. You may for instance prefer to raise a mortgage via a familiar Bank or Building Society in your own country. If you would rather effect a mortgage in Spain, we can help you with this process.

Virtually any bank will offer you a minimum of 60% of the purchase price, subject to valuation, and proof of income. More can be negotiated.

There are also options for repayment terms.
